Fueling Brains Academy seeks an experienced Center Director for one of its early learning campuses. You will combine childcare management with educator coaching, staffing, enrollment, scheduling, and daily operations. The position also requires knowledge of licensing, child safety, health, compliance, and developmentally appropriate programming.
Key Responsibilities: Own daily operations and overall center success
Lead, coach, and develop early childhood educators
Oversee staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and operations
Maintain licensing, safety,



health, and compliance standards
Build family relationships and manage center communication
Requirements: 2–5+ years in licensed childcare or early learning
Leadership or supervisory experience in childcare
Knowledge of licensing, ratios, health, safety, and regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
Child Care First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
Bring early learning leadership, educator coaching, and operational expertise to Fueling Brains Academy’s campus community.
