Key Responsibilities: Coach discovery, value building, objections, pricing, and booking requests
Review recorded calls, quotes, and Closed Lost opportunities
Provide live coaching on high-value and difficult opportunities
Develop training, individual coaching plans, and RS onboarding
Monitor targets, schedules, coverage, attendance, and pipeline activity
Requirements: 10+ years of sales experience
5+ years directly managing salespeople
Experience leading geographically distributed teams
Proven results against measurable sales targets
Solid phone selling, negotiation, KPI, CRM, and communication skills
Build stronger Relocation Specialists through direct coaching, sales analytics, objection handling, and measurable performance accountability.
