This administrator provides advanced technical support and systems administration for Skyport Hospitality. Responsibilities include POS systems, networking, Windows endpoints, and infrastructure operations. The role collaborates with IT Support, Systems Administration, vendors, and internal teams to maintain standardized technology operations.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve advanced issues involving POS, networking, endpoints, AV, and surveillance
Administer accounts, SaaS platforms, laptop imaging, and endpoint deployments
Assist with upgrades, rollouts, server patching, and maintenance validation
Coordinate procurement, inventory, deployment,



replacement, and decommissioning activities
Guide technicians and provide support desk coverage when needed
Requirements: Three to six years of IT support experience
Robust Windows, endpoint management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving knowledge
Experience supporting POS systems, networks, and endpoint imaging
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical certifications preferred
Occasional travel and after-hours maintenance support may be required
