Key Responsibilities: Engage customers through suggestive selling and knowledgeable product guidance
Educate shoppers about Old Navy loyalty programs
Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house
Maintain neat, clean, and organized work centers




Execute operational processes efficiently and professionally
Requirements: Strong communication skills with customers and team members

Passion for retail and continuous improvement
Adaptable availability for holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
Ability to use retail technology and lift up to 30 pounds
