Prairie Mountain Health seeks a Health Care Aide for Long Term Care at Glenboro Health Centre. The position supports clients under team leader direction while promoting dignity, independence, and optimum health. Duties include personal hygiene, mobility, meals, documentation, and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living
Follow care plans and report client changes
Document observations and care according to policy
Provide hygiene, elimination, mobility, and feeding assistance
Maintain infection prevention and environmental safety practices
Requirements: Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
Organizational skills and ability to work independently
Demonstrated communication, flexibility, and independent judgment
Ability to respect diversity and confidentiality
Support Prairie Mountain Health clients through compassionate daily care, accurate documentation, communication, and safety practices at Glenboro Health Centre.
