Sterling Crane Canada seeks an experienced Crane and Rigging Working Supervisor reporting to the Branch Manager. The position coordinates field personnel, equipment, resources, and complex heavy lifts while supporting secure project execution. Strong knowledge of rigging methods, crane inspections, and industry regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise crane and rigging operations across assigned projects
Conduct site assessments and prepare effective lift plans
Lead riggers, operators, apprentices, and crew members
Inspect equipment and job sites for potential hazards




Report incidents and enforce risk-sensitive rules
Requirements: Journeyperson Crane Operator License and Class 1 Driver’s license
Clean Driver’s Abstract and ability to travel
Knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging methods, and safety standards
Ability to interpret blueprints, lift plans, and engineering drawings
