You will work across prospectus-related documents, technical accounting matters, and stakeholder coordination. Your work will involve PwC teams, legal counsel, underwriters, client contacts, and offshore delivery teams supporting financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review prospectus-related documents for financing transactions
Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and comments with transaction stakeholders
Collaborate with legal counsel, underwriters, and client contacts
Work with accounting advisory,



audit, and offshore delivery teams
Gradually review work and coach others as expertise develops
Requirements: Public accounting, financial reporting, advisory, or deals experience
Canadian CPA or equivalent recognized reciprocal designation
Strong communication skills for explaining technical matters clearly
Ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadlines
Comfort collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
Use prospectus coordination, technical accounting, and stakeholder-management skills to deliver consistent services through PwC’s financing transactions.
