Swish seeks an IT Systems Administrator for a newly created role evolved from an existing vacancy. You will manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity access, endpoints, servers, networks, virtualization, backups, and recovery. The position supports system availability, cybersecurity readiness, and consistent operations.
Key Responsibilities: Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and Google Workspace
Automate onboarding, offboarding, and bulk administrative changes
Provision endpoints and manage compliance policies and applications
Maintain firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, routing, and wireless networks
Manage backups, restores,



monitoring, documentation, and change practices
Requirements: Degree or equivalent education and experience in systems administration
Five or more years administering systems, ideally across multiple sites
Strong Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, and Active Directory knowledge
PowerShell, firewall, VPN, hypervisor, Windows Server, and backup experience
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
