Manage customer orders and supply issues as a Customer Supply Chain Representative supporting Maple Leaf Foods customers and teams. Use Excel, SAP, and analysis daily.
This Customer Supply Chain Representative serves as the primary contact for order-to-delivery activities across an assigned customer portfolio. You will collaborate with buyers, Customer Business Teams, Transportation, Accounts Receivable, and Sales Execution. The work focuses on customer satisfaction, delivery coordination, discrepancy resolution, inventory allocation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage orders against lead times, quantities, and shipping schedules
Align deliveries with inventory resupply information
Resolve delivery failures and invoice discrepancies




Coordinate shipments and delivery appointments with customers
Lead continuous improvement using Six Sigma tools
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience in supply chain, planning, transportation, or procurement
Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
ERP experience, preferably SAP
Robust communication, analytical, and customer service skills
Support Maple Leaf Foods customers through order management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and supply chain improvement.
