Support client independence as a Home Care Attendant with Prairie Mountain Health, providing direct care and environmental support in home settings.
This Clinical Support position assists clients with activities of daily living according to assessed needs. You will organize services, prepare meals, communicate changes, and maintain safety, sanitation, privacy, and dignity. Additional tasks may be assigned with education and authorization.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct client care within established standards and procedures
Support independence in assessed activities of daily living
Prepare meals according to diets and Canada Food Guide
Report client, environmental, and incident changes promptly
Participate in meetings, conferences,



and in-service programs
Requirements: Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
Class 5 license and personal vehicle access required
Demonstrated communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft programs and Internet applications
Ability to protect confidentiality and respect cultural diversity
Bring compassionate client support, organization, communication, and safety awareness to Prairie Mountain Health Home Care services.
