Echelon Insurance seeks an Intermediate Claims Adjuster to handle low-to-moderate complexity physical damage claims. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, reserve, and resolve personal and commercial lines claims. The position requires insurance contract knowledge, decision-making, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate low-to-moderate complexity claims
Handle automobile, trucking, motorcycle, and recreational vehicle damage claims
Manage challenging coverage claims professionally and tactfully
Maintain timely, accurate reserves under corporate protocols




Manage litigation and participate in mediations, pre-trials, and conferences
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
CIP designation or progress toward designation
Three to five years handling casualty or related claims
Knowledge of settlement practices, policy wording, fraud, and coverage
Robust organization, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
Apply claims investigation, coverage analysis, negotiation, and settlement expertise supporting Echelon Insurance customers and Brokers in Ontario.
