Keep Christchurch Adventure Park welcoming through outdoor maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and friendly guest assistance during summer. This fixed term role is based at the village.
As Village Caretaker, you will maintain the base area and support a smooth visitor experience. Your work includes rubbish management, toilet cleaning, grounds care, exterior building cleaning, and guest directions. You will also assist café staff and the maintenance department when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily village and base station walk-throughs
- Clear bins and main skips as needed
- Clean toilets and exterior village buildings
- Weed and maintain village landscaping
- Answer guest questions and support departments
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors and complete physical labour
- Ability to lift 23kg safely and comfortably
- Full NZ Drivers License and manual driving confidence
- Solid attention to detail and presentation pride
- Friendly English communication and self-management experience
