Adaria Vending Services seeks a full-time Warehouse Associate in Vaughan, Ontario, focused on accurate picking, counting, and barcode verification. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday.

This permanent warehouse position supports vending fulfillment for beverages, snacks, and other products. You will receive shipments, assemble customer orders, maintain inventory records, and organize stock. Accuracy, mental arithmetic, and safe material handling are central to daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick beverages, snacks, and products into bins and skids
- Receive deliveries and verify quantities against documents
- Check barcodes, item numbers, and product descriptions carefully
- Update inventory records and investigate discrepancies promptly




- Restock locations and follow first-in, first-out procedures

Requirements:

- Previous warehouse experience preferred; two years is an asset
- Valid First Aid certification required before starting
- Robust mental math and counting accuracy
- Basic computer or tablet skills for scanning
- Ability to handle products weighing up to 45 pounds
