Bring 15+ years of millwrighting estimating experience to The Laframboise Group’s permanent, full time office in Long Sault, Ontario.
This Senior Mechanical Estimator position focuses on industrial projects valued at $10MM or more. The work combines contract documentation, supplier pricing, construction drawings, P&IDs;, and estimating software. You will support proposals serving sectors including petrochemical, mining, and power.
Key Responsibilities: Review project documents and site conditions to understand work
Analyze and administer contract documentation
Solicit proposal input on procurement and construction strategy
Focus strategies on constructability, efficiency, and safety
Follow estimating standards and health and safety requirements
Requirements: 15+ years of millwrighting work and estimating experience
Industrial project experience involving $10MM-plus scopes
Ability to manage deadlines and concurrent proposals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
French or Spanish bilingual ability is an asset
Use millwrighting expertise, contract analysis, and industrial proposal skills to estimate projects from Laframboise Group’s Long Sault office.
