Position: Senior Property Damage and Restoration Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20 - $60/hour
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Review property damage evidence for loss assessment and analysis
Assess restoration scopes and estimate accuracy using Xactimate
Identify key factors and policy coverage issues in property claims
Document findings and methodology in clear written reports
Collaborate with project coordinators on deliverable requirements
Offer insights to enhance AI-driven tools and workflows
Requirements Strong years in desk adjusting or restoration estimating
Expertise with Xactimate and restoration costing processes
Proven experience evaluating complex losses, especially flood claims
Robust understanding of insurance policy coverage application
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Current state adjuster licenses are advantageous
Experience in remote independent contributor roles preferred
