Support accurate accounting operations through accounts payable and general ledger work. Use accounting software, spreadsheets, and AI tools to improve efficiency.
The Accountant supports daily financial operations across accounts payable, reconciliations, and period-end close activities. You will process financial data, maintain documentation, and follow accounting procedures. The work also includes reporting and resolving discrepancies with managers, vendors, and the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities: Process Accounts Payable entries, coding, receipts, and supporting documentation
Prepare general ledger journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting activities




Prepare ad hoc financial reports and resolve discrepancies
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Two to three years of relevant accounting experience
Experience using accounting software and financial systems
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications
Comfort using AI tools for accounting and administrative tasks
Bring detailed accounting practices, reconciliation experience, and technology skills to support accurate financial operations and reporting.
