Brookfield Residential seeks an Architectural Technologist supporting design, drafting, production, and permit coordination. You will enhance existing products, collaborate with internal and external partners, and contribute to new product development. The work supports Calgary and Edmonton regions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage recent model development from concept through sales release
Complete Revit and AutoCAD master working files
Create blacklines, floor plans, sections, and pre-planned options
Coordinate drawings with Architectural Controls requirements
Review onsite construction issues and drive required changes
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma in Architectural Technologies or related field
Five or more years of industry experience
Knowledge of industry, building code, and government requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Bring architectural drafting, model development, and coordination expertise to Brookfield Residential’s Edmonton product development team.
