Bring hands-on inspection expertise to Bothwell-Accurate in Surrey, focusing on fabricated assemblies, materials, and building envelope workmanship. The work is onsite Monday to Friday.
As a Building Envelope QA/QC Technician, you will help verify quality across manufacturing and field operations. Your work includes checking dimensional accuracy, alignment, fastening, gaskets, structural silicone, and incoming materials. The role serves commercial glazing, curtain wall, architectural cladding, roofing, and custom sheet metal work.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect assemblies for accuracy, alignment, fastening, and workmanship
Verify glass, metals, and components against specifications
Monitor calibration records and assembly methods
Witness water, pull-out, and air barrier testing




Communicate quality expectations to production teams
Requirements: Two to three years of construction or manufacturing QA/QC
Fabrication or assembly environment experience
Proficiency with calipers, tape measures, squares, and gauges
Familiarity with BC Building Code and NAFS standards
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Use exact inspection practices and building envelope knowledge to support reliable fabrication and installation quality for Bothwell-Accurate projects.
