The Senior Financial Analyst supports clinical programs through financial interpretation, business management, and strategic decision making. You will collaborate with program directors, managers, physicians, and administrative departments. The work includes budgeting, forecasting, utilization reporting, performance analysis, and consultation for operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial variances and explain performance results
Develop budgets, forecasts, and operating plan information
Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify enhancement areas
Manage ServiceNow governance requests and workflow triage
Prepare reports, presentations, and benchmarking analyses
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
CPA, CGA, CMA, CA designation or enrolment
Three to five years’ healthcare budgeting experience
Extensive MS Excel and Access database experience
Advanced analytical capability using Excel, SAP, and Business Intelligence tools
