Key Responsibilities: Process trade settlements and share movements accurately
Review depository records and contact relevant parties
Maintain books of record and bookkeeping systems
Reconcile requests and identify discrepancies
Prepare operational reports and support reporting requirements
Requirements: At least two years of relevant administrative experience
Post-secondary diploma in any discipline
Intermediate Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
