You guide salesfloor and fitting room productivity while developing sellers through training, feedback, and coaching. Your work supports merchandising standards, operational excellence, guest loyalty, and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales through fitting room and salesfloor productivity
Analyze reporting and daily trends for decisions
Train, coach, and develop high-performing sellers
Maintain visual standards and guest-ready fitting rooms
Uphold safety, asset protection, and company procedures
Requirements: Previous retail management team leadership experience
Passion for AE and Aerie products
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Understanding of employment law and business acumen
Adaptable availability when guests shop
