Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Team Lead helps maximize sales and profitability through organized stockroom operations. This retail leadership role manages inventory, E-comm fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will also maintain brand and visual presentation standards while supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain stockroom organization across daily store operations
Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
Fulfill E-comm orders accurately and efficiently
Manage markdowns and merchandising activities
Maintain brand and visual presentation standards
Requirements: High school diploma
Six months of stockroom or inventory management experience
Passion for fashion, organization, and attention to detail
Effective time management for simultaneous tasks
Adaptable availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring inventory management, merchandising, and organized leadership to GARAGE while supporting sales and customer satisfaction.
