The role reports to the Director of Care and supports multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Provide resident care according to nursing standards and orders
Assess residents and identify changes requiring physician referral
Process and implement physician orders
Interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations




Participate in multidisciplinary meetings supporting resident care
Requirements: College of Nurses of Ontario certificate of competence
Registered Practical Nurses Association registration or eligibility
Current First Aid and BLS certification
Effective communication and human relation skills
Commitment to working with seniors and collaborating independently
