This Business Analyst provides leadership and business expertise for pension plan regulation operations. The work covers business processes, technology strategies, database systems, and service delivery improvements. You will analyze requirements, develop recommendations, and support initiatives across FSRA divisions and the external pension sector.
Key Responsibilities: Research business needs and requirements for processes and systems
Analyze existing workflows, technologies, strengths, and weaknesses
Develop process redesign options and database recommendations
Prepare business cases, reports,



briefings, and presentations
Lead project teams and monitor assigned initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Minimum five years’ Business Analyst experience, preferably pension-related
Knowledge of pension legislation and Canadian supervisory authorities
Project management, analytical, facilitation, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Python, SQL, and Copilot
Apply pension regulation expertise, business analysis, and database knowledge to strengthen FSRA processes, systems, and data outcomes.
