This Underwriter I, Personal Lines position supports a growing team and works closely with brokers and internal business partners. You will assess risks, balance customer experience with profitable growth, and make decisions within authority, guidelines, and applicable regulations. The role values curiosity, relationship building, technical development, and transparent communication across service channels.
Key Responsibilities: Make decisions on new business and renewals
Process endorsements and cancellations within authority
Balance risk selection, customer experience, and growth




Support broker needs through changing business volumes
Share knowledge and support collaborative peers
