As Senior Consultant, Transformation, you will advance AHS strategic priorities through site change plans and operational strategies. The role focuses on acute care operations, sustainable improvements, strategic planning, and collaborative culture development. You will report to the Senior Operating Officer within Clinical Operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead site-based transformation initiatives across Grande Prairie Regional Hospital
Develop change plans aligned with AHS strategic priorities
Improve patient flow, discharge, surge capacity, and emergency flow




Provide recommendations on complex operational issues
Support performance reporting, data analysis, and budget monitoring
Requirements: Master’s or graduate degree in a related field
Five to seven years of senior management experience
Experience leading complex operational and transformational initiatives
Robust stakeholder engagement and change management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and project timelines
Bring healthcare operations, consultation, and transformation leadership to sustainable improvements at Grande Prairie Regional Hospital.
