This patient-focused RDH role supports comprehensive hygiene care within a collaborative clinical team. You will assess patients, provide preventive treatments, perform periodontal evaluations, take digital radiographs, and educate patients about oral health. Accurate documentation, infection control, and supportive communication are central to daily care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide assessments, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride, and sealants
Perform periodontal evaluations and document findings accurately
Take digital radiographs according to practice protocols
Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain IPAC-compliant infection control and sterilization procedures
Requirements: Hold RDH registration in good standing with CDHO
Complete an accredited Dental Hygiene program
