Our client is a well-established Montréal law firm specializing in business law, serving a clientele primarily composed of SMEs, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and industry-leading companies. The firm’s practice is built on long-standing business relationships, a solid volume of repeat business, and a high level of referrals, particularly from professionals within the business community. As part of its continued development, the firm is seeking to recruit a Business Law Lawyer with a minimum of ten years of private practice experience. The selected lawyer will play a key role within the practice, working closely with the partners and actively contributing to the firm’s long-term evolution,



with a view toward eventual partnership. Advising a business clientele primarily composed of SMEs on complex corporate and commercial matters Working on strategic business law mandates requiring a high level of legal analysis Acting as a trusted advisor to long-standing clients, with a focus on building durable business relationships Participating in legal and strategic discussions related to assigned files Contributing, according to interest, to the firm’s business development activities Taking an active role in the life of the firm and its medium
