This role oversees medium to large mechanical service projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate schedules, resources, documentation, and governance while supporting project and operational teams. Experience with HVAC/R, MS Office, Procore, AutoCAD, BIM360, JDE, and Excel supports the work.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
One to three years managing HVAC/R and mechanical projects Trade certification or PMP is an asset Effective customer service and communication skills Proficiency with listed project and Microsoft applications Coordination, organization, interpersonal, and time management skills Bring mechanical project coordination, documentation, communication, and control skills to medium and large service projects at GDI Ainsworth.
