It's a rare chance for an engineering-minded technology leader to build modern application, data and integration capabilities from the ground up and shape the future of technology across the firm. You'll build and lead the firm's enterprise application, data and integration capabilities. AI-assisted engineering, automation and contemporary DevOps , delivering major gains in productivity and delivery speed. You'll also build the firm's data engineering and analytics capability and own the integration architecture that connects its core systems, as part of a broader technology modernization strategy. Comes from a software engineering background. Has real Dynamics 365 experience , ideally leading or architecting implementations, integrations or extensions on the Dynamics and Power Platform. Uses AI coding tools hands-on , such as Claude Code , GitHub Copilot or similar, and has used them to measurably speed up development, testing and documentation for a team. lead technical direction across the application landscape, set architecture and lifecycle standards, guide solution design, and oversee implementation partners. Engineering discipline, DevOps and AI: mature development standards, source control, code review and testing; establish CI/CD and release management; and lead adoption of AI-assisted development across the team. own integration standards and approaches for APIs and system-to-system data exchange, making sure integrations are secure, resilient and well monitored.



provide technical leadership for a major Dynamics 365 transition, working with product owners and implementation partners, and build internal capability to support and extend the platform. Data and analytics: develop the enterprise data architecture, build data engineering capabilities, and set approaches for master data, data quality and lineage so the firm has consistent, trusted reporting. build and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning development, integration, QA, data engineering and analytics, balancing internal staff, partners and specialized contractors. partner with IT Operations to build security, resilience and data protection into everything the team delivers.
