This client-facing technology role requires four-plus years in business analysis, implementation, or functional support. You will support UAT, PVT, SVT, post-launch validation, and issue resolution. The work connects lenders, clients, Product, and internal teams through implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities: Reproduce issues and compare behaviour against approved requirements
Classify configuration, data, expected behaviour, or product defects
Support lender testing, validation, retesting, and release readiness
Coordinate follow-up through issue resolution and closure
Maintain accurate business rules, mappings,



and implementation documentation
Requirements: Four-plus years in business analysis, implementation, or functional support
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related area
Ability to interpret business rules and investigate functional issues
Experience documenting testing results and acceptance criteria
Robust communication, coordination, and attention to detail
