Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients and create a professional office experience
Review information and recommend appropriate coverage options
Identify suitable opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell

Requirements: Valid Other-Than-Life or RIBO license
Three or more years managing personal lines accounts or service
Friendly, pleasant demeanor with strong communication abilities
Experience defusing high-tension situations
Valid Ontario driver’s license
