We are hiring a **Pharmacist** for our Residential Care Division, based out of our Script Care Central Fill Pharmacy in **Burnaby, BC**.**You will be responsible for:*** Providing pharmaceutical services to patients in continuing care facilities.* Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.* Participating in the dispensing and checking of prescriptions.* Supervising pharmacy assistants and registered pharmacy technicians as required.* Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours consultation to our contracted homes.* Providing medical information and counselling to patients, care providers, and other healthcare professionals.* Remaining current on latest trends in the pharmacy industry.
