You will maintain detailed documentation, explain coverage, and support fair outcomes. The position suits candidates with auto claims experience or transferable skills and strong interest in claims.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver customer-first service through empathy and active listening
Provide timely claims updates and guidance
Coordinate towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals
Review repair estimates and support settlements
Maintain accurate claims documentation
Requirements: Two-plus years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred
Ability to manage 100-plus claims accurately
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to analyze, investigate, and negotiate outcomes
CIP designation progress or completion is an asset
