Deliver community nursing care in Winnipeg with IV experience, supporting clients across homes, schools, businesses, and clinics in person.
The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Registered Nurse Home Care - CIVP for Misericordia Health Centre. Reporting to Health Services leadership, you will provide interventions under nursing care plans and Manitoba legislation. The 0.60 FTE schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to clients in community settings
Deliver care in homes, schools, and businesses
Support clients at Nurse Supported or Wound Clinics
Implement interventions defined by nursing care plans
Work independently and within the healthcare team
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
Recent intravenous experience is required
Community or long-term care experience
Maintain registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence
Bring community nursing, IV care, communication, and prioritization skills to the WRHA Home Care Nursing Clinic - CIVP.
