Bring respiratory research experience to NHS Fife as a Senior Research Nurse supporting studies, participants, and clinical teams. Full respiratory training is available.
Based in the Research and Development Department, this Band 6 appointment increases recruitment across Fife specialties. You will coordinate commercial and non-commercial research, provide excellent participant care, and manage concurrent projects. Experience in a respiratory setting is advantageous, while full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities: Support investigators delivering commercial and non-commercial research
Coordinate approvals, study setup, recruitment, and monitoring
Educate and support participants enrolled in research studies
Collaborate with principal and chief investigators
Liaise with national trial centres and study monitors
Requirements: Clinical trials work experience and extensive clinical experience
Excellent organisational and information technology skills
Ability to manage several concurrent projects independently
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Respiratory environment experience is advantageous
Use respiratory awareness, study coordination, and participant support skills within NHS Fife’s research and development team.
