Lead third-shift production operations at TreeHouse Foods in Georgetown, Ontario, using team leadership and troubleshooting skills. This full time role is on-site.
As Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production for a quality cracker manufacturing plant. Lead operators, technicians, and workers while maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Coordinate workflows, training, performance feedback, and continuous improvement with other departments.
Key Responsibilities: Assign daily tasks and support production workers
Coordinate workflows, lines, equipment, and materials
Conduct training, safety meetings, and audits
Monitor quality, defects, waste, and equipment downtime




Maintain production records, reports, and employee timekeeping
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Three to five years’ production experience strongly preferred
One to two years’ supervisory experience strongly preferred
Leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
ERP SAP and Microsoft Office experience preferred
Apply production leadership, safety knowledge, and quality-control skills while supporting TreeHouse Foods’ Georgetown cracker plant.
