As a part time Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide care in clients’ homes and communities. The work includes swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication support, and digital documentation. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while supporting person and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities: Assess clients and implement speech-language pathology interventions
Complete swallowing assessments and provide dysphagia management
Deliver communication and cognitive communication supports
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during care delivery




Use digital health platforms for documentation and intervention
Requirements: Registration in good standing with the Ontario College
Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Commitment to person and family-centered care
Comfort delivering in-person and virtual care
Excellent communication, judgement, and critical thinking skills
