The Senior Terminal Manager oversees terminal operations and leads drivers and dock workers. This position requires LTL management experience, strong communication, technology aptitude, and detail-oriented multitasking. Key Responsibilities: Oversee terminal dock operations and freight movement
Manage loading, unloading, forklift traffic, and palletized freight sortation
Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain terminal staff
Lead drivers and dock workers with accountability
Monitor production and terminal KPI performance
Requirements: Prior LTL management experience strongly preferred
Solid leadership for hiring, coaching, counseling, training, and mentoring
Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills
High aptitude for technology and detailed multitasking
Willingness to work 50 hours weekly on average
