Lead residential maintenance at Greystar through HVAC expertise and hands-on repairs. This onsite position supports community operations across buildings, grounds, and amenities. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees technical and mechanical work for a Greystar community. You will lead maintenance activities, diagnose resident work orders, complete repairs, and coordinate make-ready preparation. The position requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, construction, and Ontario legislation. You will also inspect vendor work, maintain supplies, and support safety compliance.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; trade training considered an asset Three or more years residential maintenance or facilities experience Leadership experience within the real estate industry Advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction knowledge Adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Bring residential maintenance leadership, technical expertise, and safety knowledge to Greystar’s onsite community operations and service standards.
