Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation to join its team. The ideal candidate will have broad experience handling complex commercial disputes and will play a key role in managing files, representing clients before the courts and providing strategic legal advice. You will manage a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation matters and advise clients on various legal issues. Managing and taking the lead on civil and commercial litigation files Drafting demand letters, court proceedings and other litigation-related documents Handling matters involving construction law, shareholder disputes,
real estate litigation and insolvency Providing strategic legal advice and developing solutions tailored to clients’ needs Collaborating with other practice groups within the firm on matters involving litigation issues Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation Solid experience representing clients before the courts Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills Excellent command of written and spoken French Portable book of business considered an asset Group insurance and retirement plan Flexible and collaborative work workplace Stimulating mandates and a high-quality professional environment #
