Support long-term care meal service as a Dietary Aide at Extendicare, preparing food, stocking kitchenettes, and respecting residents’ dietary preferences. This part time culinary position supports residents through dependable meal and nourishment service. You will assist cooks with basic food preparation, assemble nourishment carts, and keep dietary areas, equipment, and supplies organized. Established quality, safety, environmental, fire, and infection control procedures guide your work.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble nourishment carts and stock unit kitchenettes Assist cooks with salads, vegetables, fruits, and simple foods Clear trays and plates, then operate the dishwasher Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment,



and serving areas Attend assigned meetings and in-service education programs

Requirements:
