- 19602 Our client, an established and technology forward Canadian law firm, is looking for a Senior Business Development Lawyer to join their growing team This role is ideal for a licensed professional and natural closer who wants to own a significant book of business and help shape how a modern legal practice sells and scales. Advise inbound prospective clients on immigration matters and convert them into signed retainers Own a multimillion dollar annual revenue target, closing efficiently without compromising quality or compliance Build playbooks, scripts and training, and coach junior team members Use AI tools every day to manage your pipeline and work more efficiently Member in positive standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society, or an RCIC in good standing with the CICC A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, whether in legal technology sales, originating work at a firm, or running your own practice Immigration experience is an asset but not required Competitive base salary of $130,000 to $160,000 plus uncapped commission, with total earning potential of $300,000 to $350,000
