You will be involved in sophisticated financing transactions, representing financial institutions, investment funds, private lenders, and major corporations, both in Canada and internationally. Structure, negotiate, and execute complex financing transactions Advise lenders and borrowers on syndicated financings, acquisition financings, and structured financings Draft and negotiate credit agreements and transaction documents Collaborate with the Corporate and Tax teams Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking and Finance Law Bilingual (French and English) A recognized international platform High-profile domestic and cross-border matters
