This Production Supervisor leads daily activities at a plant manufacturing quality crackers. You will guide operators, technicians, and workers while coordinating production workflows, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement. Success requires knowledge of safety regulations, quality procedures, inventory management, and production reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor production lines, output, schedules, and downtime
Ensure quality standards through inspections and testing
Troubleshoot equipment and oversee routine maintenance
Conduct training, feedback,



and corrective actions
Support efficiency, quality, and cost improvement initiatives
Requirements: Food manufacturing or production experience preferred
Supervisory experience in production preferred
Knowledge of safety and quality control procedures
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Associate degree in manufacturing preferred
