This full time specialist builds the teaching team for the US Online English Language Arts program. The work combines teacher recruitment, onboarding, training, class observation, and teaching small-group Reading, Speaking, and Writing classes. Fresh graduates may apply.
Key Responsibilities: Source ELA teacher candidates through job boards and universities
Manage screening, interviews, teaching demos, and pipeline records
Support onboarding and training for new ELA teachers
Observe classes and provide practical improvement feedback
Teach live online small-group ELA classes for elementary students




Requirements: Fluent spoken and written English communication
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Human Resources, Business, or related field
Prior tutoring, teaching assistant, or student-facing teaching experience preferred
Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working on-site
Responsible, caring approach with students and families
Use recruitment, training, and ELA teaching skills to prepare strong instructors for Think Academy’s online classrooms.
