This Software Engineer contributes across the complete software engineering lifecycle for large-scale, high-complexity naval platform systems. Working in an Agile, multidisciplinary team, you will support CMS-focused engineering activities and problem solving. Stated technologies include Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Helm, and relational databases.
Key Responsibilities: Work within an Agile software engineering team
Conduct requirements and design reviews
Develop software using Java and containerization tools
Complete unit testing and technical documentation
Integrate, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot software
Requirements: Relevant degree in software engineering, computer engineering, or computer science
Two to five years of general development experience
Build RESTful APIs with Spring Boot
Deploy applications to Kubernetes using Helm
Eligibility for NATO Secret clearance
Use software lifecycle, Agile, Java, and Kubernetes experience to advance naval Combat Management System engineering.
