Key Responsibilities: Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor

Assist hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Manage inventory,

Requirements: Two or more years supervising retail or customer-focused teams
Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
Fashion knowledge and a solid sense of style
Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office systems
