The Route Sales Representative supports Service Departments while meeting customer needs through cross-selling, lead referrals, and responsive service. Reporting to the District Manager, this role manages assigned routes, customer accounts, deliveries, and installations. You will communicate with decision-makers, resolve concerns, and collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect customers within assigned routes and refer qualified leads
Provide service, resolve concerns, and build customer loyalty
Follow procedures for installations, deliveries, and account management
Maintain inventories,



route books, and customer files accurately
Process payments, credits, change orders, and account feedback
Requirements: Valid driver's license and CDL when applicable
At least two years of relevant customer-facing experience
Driving record free of chargeable accidents and violations
English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift 75 pounds and move 500-pound carts
Bring route sales, customer service, and delivery capabilities to Alsco Uniforms customers throughout Montreal and surrounding routes.
