Fit4Less seeks a Host for its Derry and Millcreek locations. You will welcome members, explain memberships and amenities, and maintain a clean, secure club. The position includes customer interaction, membership assistance, and reporting concerns through established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and prospective members warmly
- Clean and tidy the club to standards
- Explain memberships, amenities, and automated processes
- Promote Black Card amenities and memberships
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or progress toward completion
- One year teamwork or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS certification
- First Aid, CPR-A, and AED certification
